This Payment Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing all payments made within the AuraWall mobile application ("App") for physical goods, digital products, and subscriptions (collectively, "Purchases").
By making a Purchase through AuraWall, you agree to be bound by this Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Types of Purchases
AuraWall offers the following types of Purchases within the App:
* Physical Goods: Items shipped to you, such as Posters, Collectible Model Cars, and Jerseys.
* Digital Products: Downloadable content (e.g., premium digital wallpapers).
* Subscriptions: Recurring payments for access to premium content, features, or benefits.
2. Payment Methods
A. In-App Purchases (Digital & Subscriptions)
All Purchases of digital products and subscriptions are processed as In-App Purchases (IAP) through the respective app distribution platform (e.g., Apple App Store for iOS devices, Google Play Store for Android devices).
* You must use the payment methods associated with your Apple or Google account.
* These platforms handle all authorization, billing, and payment method updates.
* By completing an In-App Purchase, you also agree to the relevant App Store or Google Play Store terms and conditions.
B. Physical Goods Purchases
For physical goods (Posters, Model Cars, Jerseys), AuraWall may process payments using a secure third-party payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Braintree).
* Available payment methods (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal) will be displayed at checkout.
* You agree to provide accurate and current payment information.
* Your payment information for physical goods is securely encrypted and processed by the third-party gateway. AuraWall does not store your credit card details on our servers.
3. Pricing and Taxes
* Currency: All prices are displayed in [Currency, e.g., USD, EUR] unless stated otherwise.
* Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices for any product or subscription at any time. Price changes for existing subscriptions will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.
* Taxes: Prices may be subject to applicable sales tax, VAT, or other government fees depending on your billing location and the type of product purchased. These charges (if applicable) will be added at checkout or during the IAP confirmation process.
* Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in pricing, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after an order is placed, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
4. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
A. Billing Cycle
Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each subscription period (e.g., monthly, annually). The initial charge will occur immediately upon confirmation of purchase.
B. Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current term for the same duration and price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
C. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the settings in your App Store or Google Play account.
* iOS (Apple App Store): Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
* Android (Google Play Store): Google Play Store App > Menu > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
After cancellation, you will retain access to the subscription features until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be charged.
D. Free Trials
We may offer free trials for certain subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being automatically charged for the standard subscription period.
5. Refunds and Chargebacks
A. Physical Goods
For refunds related to the return of physical items (Posters, Cars, Jerseys), please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.
B. Digital Products and Subscriptions (In-App Purchases)
AuraWall cannot directly process refunds for digital products or subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must request these refunds directly through the respective platform's refund process.
* Apple App Store: Use the "Report a Problem" feature (https://www.google.com/search?q=reportaproblem.apple.com).
* Google Play Store: Request a refund via the Google Play website or order history.
The decision to grant a refund for IAPs is solely at the discretion of Apple or Google, in accordance with their respective policies.
C. Final Sale Items
Certain items (e.g., customized jerseys, clearance items) may be marked as "Final Sale" and are non-refundable.
D. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting AuraWall support to resolve the issue may result in the suspension or termination of your account and your access to the App.
6. Payment Security
We prioritize the security of your transactions. All payments (whether IAP or direct gateway for physical goods) are processed using industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS). Direct gateway payments for physical goods are processed by reputable, PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors.
7. Changes to This Payment Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Policy with a revised "Effective Date." We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
