Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at AuraWall. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds and accept returns for our products (Posters, Collectible Model Cars, and Jerseys).

Because our inventory includes different types of goods, please review the specific terms for each product category below.

1. General Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return and refund.

2. Condition of Items for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

 * Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

 * Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

 * Packaging: It must be in the original, unopened packaging. All tags, labels, and seals must be intact. (Specifically for collectibles and jerseys).

3. Specific Product Categories

Please note the specific requirements for different items sold on AuraWall:

A. Wall Posters

 * Posters must be returned in their original cylindrical shipping tube or flat packaging to prevent damage.

 * Posters that have been pinned, taped, framed, or rolled improperly will not be accepted.

B. Collectible Model Cars

 * The manufacturer’s packaging (the box or blister pack) is considered part of the product. It must be unopened, sealed, and in pristine condition.

 * Once the packaging seal is broken, the collectible is considered used and is non-returnable.

C. Sports Jerseys

 * Jerseys must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original manufacturer tags still attached.

 * Non-Returnable: We cannot accept returns for personalized or customized jerseys (e.g., jerseys printed with a custom name or number).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a product that was damaged during shipping or has a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).

 * Please provide photos of the damage, the packaging, and your order number.

 * AuraWall will provide a prepaid return label and will replace the item (subject to availability) or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

 * Digital products or downloadable content (e.g., digital wallpapers).

 * Personalized or custom-made items.

 * Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

 * Gift cards.

6. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 * Contact Support: Email us at [support@aurawall.com] with your order number and the reason for the return.

 * Authorization: If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

 * Shipping: Pack the item securely (in its original packaging) and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was damaged/defective upon arrival). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 * Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in Section 2 and Section 3.

7. Refunds

If your return is approved after inspection:

 * Amount: We will refund the purchase price of the item (excluding initial shipping costs).

 * Method: The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

 * Timing: Refunds typically take [number, e.g., 5-10] business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
